Different types of sugar and their use

GOLDEN CRYSTALS

ONE, TWO… and THREE!

It’s been three months since the beginning of a sweet campaign.

Our teams are working non-stop right now. From our acres of cane to our mountains of sugar bags to this massive factory, all those who have visited our compound during this time have been impressed with all the machinery that goes into making your mornings sweet.

As a sustainable company, we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible by recycling our waste into related industries, and then bringing forth more products such as alcohol and rum to the market.

We also strive to reduce our environmental impact by using bagasse for our boilers, one of the least polluting fuels.

This year, we are pleased to have invested in a new bagging machine.

With the newly installed weighbridge, your golden crystals will be delivered to you with great accuracy.

HELLO KINSHASA !

Kwilu Foot – Moment of Discovery :

In the last three months, our Mama K had the opportunity to show their talents outside Kwilu. .
In June, the team was invited to participate in the Emeka Mamale tournament in Kinshasa. What a great experience to compete with different disciplines and styles!

An unforgettable experience was also their visit to Moanda in August:

In addition to playing in the Salongo Perenco Stadium, our ladies were able to relax and discover the wonders of this city.

SNAPSHOT. . . . .

The DRC celebrated its 62 years of Independence on June 30th. For Compagnie Sucrière, which is 100 years old, this was an opportunity to think about the 5,000 people who contribute, during the campaign, to keep the machine going.

5,000 people, 5,000 profiles, 5,000 faces, 5,000 names… We invite you to discover today one of our impressive colleagues: Sandra Kava.

Sandra joined La Sucrière since 2014 and has been part of the Electricity team for almost seven years.

Brave, she rises to the challenge every day to perform in a sector considered primarily male.

Like her, several young women are putting their skills to good use at Compagnie Sucrière. We encourage them to get involved in the field of their choice and to serve as an example to the younger generation. THANK YOU SANDRA!
